Obama signs Bachmann-backed bill to boost education for foster kids

Rep. Michele Bachmann is getting credit today for her bipartisan work to improve educational opportunities for foster children. President Obama on Monday night signed a bill that Bachmann helped champion, the Uninterrupted Scholars Act.
