Fla. foster youth head to DC to shadow lawmakers

Several Florida former foster youth are joining dozens of foster youth from around the country on Capitol Hill to shadow U.S. lawmakers. Members of Congress will be paired with the youth, who are 18-22 years old, on Tuesday morning.
