What is the one thing you wish people knew about the foster care system?

If there was one thing I wish people knew about foster care it would be that psychotropic medications are overprescribed to youth.

 

What was the biggest thing that you took away from Shadow Day?

One of the biggest things I learned from Shadow Day was how important it is to network though social media and how I can incorporate the training that we got to bring back to my organization and my daily advocacy.
